Default Ebay member warning

I purchased a craftsman professional multimeter scope from a company called WESTERN NC LIQUIDATORS....forgot what there ebay name is...

anyhow, the product they sent me was not manufactured right....batteries didnt fit properly and the multimeter didnt function right...couldn't read voltages or nothing....on top of that, they overcharged my credit card....

anyhow, I have my credit card company involved...

thanks,
space

Think their eBay name might have been BendOverNGrin!

I did a end auction bid....I asked them how much to end the auction, they told me to name the price, i said 230, they said 230 sounds good, and next thing I know, it cost 320....

I don't know how to look at auctions that ended early...anyone know?

How do you do an end auction bid, I've never heard on that? Did you mean a bid cancellation? Buy it now's always give you the price.

E-mail the seller and see if he wants to end the auction early. Some do some don't. Depends on what you offer them. Against eBay rules but with millions of auctions going on they never check.

I see other Craftsman units going for $117. Paid too much.

if thats it, note the 31 NEGATIVE and 11 neutral feedback, thats a red flag to me. I didnt even take my time to go through to read em all.

yes...that is who it is...

anyhow, like said, product they sent had manufacture defects - and I'm not blaming that on them....I went to sears and went out of my way to attempt to get it correct by the manufacture...

what I am warning is they over charged my credit and are not returning my calls...customer service is bad....

thanks,
space

that particular craftsman unit goes for 200....the deal was 230 with shipping and insurance included....

anyhow, what i'm going to do is return the unit and order it off sears directly....i like the unit itself...has the oscilloscope, multimeter and you can send signal out of it also...

now if anyone know of sometime comparable to it for roughly the same price, fill me in

thanks,
space

i already went to them.....there is no sears in my area from pittsburg to charleston that carries these multimeters....they can't even order them and let me exchange it....so my only option left was to call and get a refund...which they said they would do...then i noiticed they charged my credit card 320...and thats when i called back and it seems like at first they picked up the phone and hung up and now when i call back i get a busy signal....
