Well, I can't make any offers that you wouldn't be insulted by, unfortunately. But could you post a pic of where you mounted the MBC? That's something that I'm planning to do down the line.

John, are you still asking your previous asking price? You have a very nice car.

I odn't mean to hijack this thread, but wasn't the Turbo S offered in '88 ONLY? Yes, I know that the post-88's had the same specs, but they aren't the "S"s.

Alex, in 88 there was a 951 and a 951S. In 89 the 951 turned into the 951S and the one with less power was no longer offered.

That's not exactly correct. The '88 Turbo S had 247 also. You'll read in many spots that the "S" and the "89" had 250 but it is untrue. They both had 247. I'm uploading the actual '88 Turbo S sales brochure and you'll get a chance for yourself to see the numbers...

I made the photo as big as John D. will let me so you can hopefully read the actual numbers

That's a rare brochure you've got there, Cory.. I have the same one but have been unable to find a second for Brad (8k silver rose) and I imagine he's a bit dissapointed I won't part with mine.

Well, if you look at it, the 951S has 247Hp and the 951 has 217Hp. I believe you were looking at the displacement which on both are the same.

Here's where I mounted mine in my 86 951. Picture's a little fuzzy, but you can see it mounted in the glovebox. I then routed the tubing into the engine bay through the firewall. very clean and out of sight:
