Wiper Size...adding an inch?
Silly question, but would using larger wipers (19", instead of the stock 18") cause problems like chatter, etc?
I got larger wipers just because the 18" wipers seemed too small. There's plenty of room for the 19"ers, but my wipers chatter like crazy, and the arms are tight and don't seem worn.
What size are you all running??
I'm sweating the small stuff now that my power steering leak was fixed (2 hose clamps and a PS refill - $50. Could have been worse, I guess).

Both directions...Could be the longer wiper is missing the curve of the windshield entirely? I need new wipers...maybe I'll try the 18"ers, and see if it makes a difference.

I live by Rain-X!!
Most of the time I don't even need to use the wipers at all!
Plus, all year around, I use Rain-X winter wiper fluid. It coats the windshield
whenver I use it, keeps dirt and bugs from sticking to the glass, and in
the winter (which I'm going to have to drive) the snow and ice just fall
right off!
Good stuff!!

I got some 20s on there (i feel so black saying that) and having just got back from a drive in the rain, at night, I can say 20 is to big. They chatter a bunch, but only from the resting possision going up...
