Default Tremendous Potential?

OMG--check out this listing, and compare the description to the photos. I know a little embellishment goes along with effective sales, but???

That chassis is not anywhere near salvageable. When you can see the curve of the chassis even in the photos and the doors are 6" from closing, things aren't good. Look how far the back of the roof is from the roll bar.

Trunk looks like it might be straight LOL

Well since it is in California, it must be rust free!

I think that this car started going down hill as soon as the car was sectioned in the right front, and crudely at that. Yet for the parts value, if the engine runs, it is certainly worth 2 grand. Much as I hate to think about scrapping a fairly complete 914 these days, I have to admit that this one is scrap

Beverly Hills Car Club represents more roaches for sale at no-roach prices than anyone ever. That car is not worth anything. They should pay someone to haul it away and crush it the rest of the way.

Here is one of their more notorious ads. The engine was knocked out of the car.

Did they just glue the roof back on?

No, but he was seriously injured. The car was very twisted up.
None of the BHCC photos are endearing.
