Question on an ROW 1983 930
My assumption is that the front valance on the 83's would have the external fog lights similar to those found on the 83 SC? Or, as opposed to the integrated ones found on US model 84 and newer 911 Carrera's and 930's
Just doing a little DD on the ROW car someone offered me. It’s a bit hard to ascertain exactly what the car is since it’s a gray market car and lacks a paperwork trail.
Thanks

You're correct, while the '83 930's don't share the same exact valance with the 911 they do have the same external fog lights like those found on the '83 SC.
Many parts you'll find on any MY 930 (RoW or otherwise) are the same one's you will find on the same MY 911 (there are some variations due to country of destination - RoW vs. DOT requirements - labeling, etc.). The only notable exception from '74 to '89 is that later build NA MY labeled '79 930's have some MY 1980 parts due to this model's extended production which stretched 5 months into the 1980 MY run.
