Hurring my shift is definitely my fault! The linkage and bushing have been looked at by two shops, both have agreed that it isn't the cause of the issue. Dog teeth and syncos seem to be the issue. as far as the oil / fluid, Swepco or delvac was used. I don't remember which they used, but i do remember it wasn't cheap stuff.

Weren't the 930 [and 915] boxes designed to run with non-synthetic gear oil, like Swepco, whereas the G50/50 [and G50] boxes were designed to run with synthetic gear oil?

My shop recommends Redline in the G50 trans.... shifts better. ('88 Carrera)
