I tried searching but couldn't find the stock turbo valve size specs for all the air-cooled turbos.

What are they for:

1. 930 intake / exhaust (?/?)
2. 964 (3.3T) intake / exhaust (49mm / 41.5mm)
3. 964 (3.6T) intake / exhaust (49mm/ 42.5mm) ?
4. 993 (TT) intake / exhaust ( ? /43.5mm)?

Is there a website that has all of these specs?

1. 930 intake 49 +/- 0.1 exhaust 41.5 +/- 0.1

 

Yep, agree with this advice. This sounds to me like something that should be advertised on the back cover of a comic book. If you're not getting a good feeling about the boss, it's time to leave.

Forgot to add the special "S" versions

1992 3.3 Turbo S
1994 3.6 Turbo S
993 TT S

I measured my 1994 3.6 Turbo. The exhaust is 42.5 mm, so it's 1mm bigger than the 3.3T.

 

All of the turbo intake valves are 49mm, the 964 3.6T, 993tt has a 42.5mm exhaust, all others are 41.5mm exhaust valves.
