Default new project

Starting a new 934 project. Just picked up this '86 930 steel slant nose. 3.4 litre, G50 5spd, full cage, ERP 935 front suspension, coil overs, big reds, Andial fuel enrichment, etc....440rwhp. Local car with all the history, I have done trackdays with the previous owner who unfortunately recently passed away. He was a great guy who loved his 930. I am building the car as close to the model in the pics as possible. Wish me luck......Rest in peace Jim.

Beautiful car. Good luck and keep us in the loop.

Sorry about your friend. The car looks familiar. Did he run at VIR?

I'm sure he did, he was a "trackaholic".

Condolances on losing a friend - he appears to have been a man after my own heart with that 930S being as beautiful as it is.

I sent you a PM, if you need anything for your project info or part wise let me know. I'd love to help.

The 935 front spoiler w/lights, steel slope fenders & single motor that controlled the pop up headlights, boxed rockers, rear quarter vents (they will be carefully cut out), one piece all carbon tail/decklid, Kinesis wheels (could use refinishing) and Sumitomo tires (like new) pictured on the car 9x17, 11x17, 245/40/17, 315/35/17, hood, sunroof, mirrors. I have not decided on what route I'm going with on the motor, it's such a strong runner as is I might leave it alone for now. Thanks for all the comments.

If the Andial enrichment system becomes available I'd be interested.

A930Rocket, is that wing the GT 1? It looks alot taller than yours.

Make me an offer, the tires are great, the wheels need a little freshening but have no gouges or dents.
