I buy my second Porsche in december 2007,a 911 Turbo(930) 1982 Slantnose
I want to ask if someone knows the "kit" that is on my car(uses simple words please).

And the last picture is the only car i see with the same kit!

"I believe this car does not have a bodykit on it. I have seen one of these for sale in Singapore. These as far as my limited knowledge goes were the first series slant noses made by the "special wishes program". The original slant nose Porsches did not have pop up headlamps."
"
"That specific model of slant nose (with the odd lights and no pop-ups) was a factory option, according to two or three books I have."
"Since 1981 the 'Flat Noses' had been built by the Zuffenhausen repair department. But only in 1987 the Flat Nose was officially listed as an option for the Turbo. Only very few were built by the factory. About 80% of the Flat Noses are 'fake'. Early Flat Noses had the headlights mounted in the front wing, while later models were equipped with folding headlights. Behind the bumper and additional oil-cooler was placed. A total 236 were built between 1982 and 1987."
"I am hoping this was one of the first few slopes built as part of the "Special Wishes Program", granted it aint the prettiest Porsche, but would be nice to own a piece of history and it is slightly more expensive than a normal 930."
"According to Peter Morgan's book, there was only one Special Wishes Slantnose built for Model Year 1981. It jumped up into the high teens for Model Year 1982. All Special Wishes cars were modified by the Werk-I facility. The early slantnoses were ventless on the front wings and had the healdlights mounted in the front bumper(?). I saw one of these models in Massachusetts when I was living out there, but can't remember if the splitter on the front valance was that pronounced as in the photos here. It definitely not as looking in the front as the DP's."
I guess it is possible that it may be original. Porsche ran a special wish program in 1981 that offered slope noses with bumper mounted square headlights and smooth fenders. Bruce Anderson's Porsche perf handbook talks about these on page 247. It also says that Porsche only offered these in metal, and that most of the conversions were done in glass.
"These front spoilers are said to be hand made by Porsche early on. That could be true but many, many aftermarket knock-offs were produced.

Series one did have the pop up head lights like the later versions we all know but the difference was the orginal slants had no slats in the fenders. They were smooth like that with just the pop up headlights. What you have there is an early DP version as best as I can tell.
