The new digital warm up regulator has now hit that market

The wires are in a cover sheet and mounted in some type of harness conector that I do not feel comfortable trying to lengthen. It would involve a cut and solder deal that I have no idea if it would affect the operation of the unit. As far as the idea mounting it under the fuse panel I would give it a look to see if it can work. As I get more info I'll post pictures and update all of you soon.

Hi jetskied,
did you manage to get a response to your request for base-line settings, either from others or unwired tools? If so can you share the data?
cheers

I got a new baseline setting from Steve at Unwired Tools, but I have not upload it yet. I use this car as a weekend toy so I'm working on it slowly. One of the problems when you have a newer P-car for a daily driver is that you tend to slack off on the beloved 930. When I get more results I'll keep you guys informed.

I checked Performance Development's web site and really couldn't find any reference to the digital WUR. Unless they're referring to it by a different description, or the web site hasn't been udated. God forbid that we may have to pick up the phone!

It is a much different design and works much like the Andial unit. It retains the stock WUR and adjusts pressure with the injector. However it uses rpm, boost, etc. to control rather than Andial's on/off nature. It is also supposed to perform boost control functions and more.

If it retains the WUR i can't really see the benefit over the adjustable WUR from Brian Leask, that thing clearly works almost perfectly as you'd want. The issue for me was getting rid of the warm up cycle being controlled by the bimetallic spring, i can't see how keeping the original WUR is going to change this, plus the stock old diaphragm doesn't reliably deal with 1.0bar so you'd need to rebuild the WUR anyway.
If the UT model works as it's described and it has the tuning ability it advertises then i can't see anything that retains the stock WUR getting anywhere near it. But i'd like to know more

the manual clearly states that it replaces the OEM WUR.
I'm wondering if the engine management software is included in the purchase ?
very much interested in getting more info / tests / reviews on this !
it's seem like the ideal answer between the BL WUR and EFI confersion,
but then again, I'm a novice in all this and am leraning from you guys

The software is available free to download if you buy the digiwur.

Neil doesn't have much of a website. The best thing is to call him on the phone.
