Thank you Schnele, I decided to use air jacks, and figured the centerlocks were a must.
I’m rather envious of your invitation to show off your car at Rennsport III. Best of luck, can’t wait to see the pictures.

BBS Magnesium Wheels!
Okay gents - talked to the shop last night - the rear quarters are on the car - they're having problems fitting the rear bumper and front fenders due to lack of fiberglass on the part where it should be.
So needless to say waaaaaaaaay more work is going into them than was planned but that's the name of the game right?
SO...the new addition for the week are the freshly procured GT3 carbon fiber seats in black alcantara & a set of 16 x 14 rear and 16 x 11 front magnesium centered BBS centerlock wheels! Purchased from Bob Barnes who happens to have quite a few things laying around I'll be using AVON vintage tires, and Hoosier slicks but I might have to get new shells to upgrage to 17" diameter depending on tire availibility.
I'll have new pics to update later in the week when new tires are mounted but here are the prelim pics! Later they'll be painted in the same satin black as the rest of the car and just might get the BBS wheel fans as well!
Enjoy the vintage racer ****

Here's a small update on the body work - having to make brackets etc to fit the bumpers, and having a horrible nightmare trying to get everything bolted to the car. This is just the initial phase - there is MUCH bodywork left to be done - just thought ya'll would like to see how its coming together.
From a body guy's point of view, the pieces need fiberglass added in quite a few spots as the moulds are either short or something.
Had to throw away the DP style tail as it wouldn't fit the car at all!
The rocker panels are going to go on soon, along with drip rails getting shaved, and 935 mirrors going on the body.
But in short things aren't going too bad - if you can get past the mint green and small wheels you can see the true beast emerging. The 993 behind it gives a good guide as to just how wide this thing is. Its almost even on the passenger side and over a foot wider on the driver's side! Baby just redefined 'back'.
Enjoy - and feel free to comment.

These are the meats going on the rear, 14" or so wide....oh yeah, these are the 19" 935 rim halves and wheel fans that are on the way to the shop. Yes I know they need refurbished but hey, they're originals!
