Not to sure what's going on but when I put the car into reverse it blows the fuse to the turn signals. Anyone ever have this problem? Thanks

When I think back what I did because it was working just fine before. I changed my gear oil and I accidentally opened the bolt on the diff to the right which I thought was the fill plug and to my surprise it was spring loaded and man what a pain to get that bolt back in there with the spring. Do you think that would have anything to do with the fuse blowing?

you probably also bumped the reverse switch which is also right there close by and shorted it out. realy easy to do the way it sticks out I have broken several of them removing engines. now I unscrew it before removal.

Is it located on the same side as the fill plug is?

I think the fill connection is on the drivers side the back up switch is on the passenger side sticks out of the side with 2 wires connected to it.

I fixed the problem... The driver side reverse light terminal was touching the metal cover where the bulbs are so every time I would put it in reverse it would send 12V to the cover (ground) and blow the fuse.

I was the cause of the problem anyway. I installed a strobe light behind the reverse light lens so when I brake it strobes to catch people's attention. When I went to install the small box I had to push the terminal up to get the box in there and I forgot to push it back down.
