Rear Seat Delete/Conversion
I'm looking to create an RS feel for the 930, and I def. don't want even the minimal weight of the rear seats, plus the setup just plain bugs me.
I've searched extensively but it seems that hardly anyone has created a luggage shelf or just redone the whole rear seat area. I'm looking for pics to show the shop what i'm looking for.
Thanks.

I don't have pics, but I have seen them showing nothing but carpet back there. I'd bet that most of the carpet vendors have a kit for it. There are some advertisers in Panos and Excellence.

AppBiz. Bob is the man. Great quality, fair prices. Sels on Ebay or call him directly.

My 9 yr old still likes riding in the back so I'm going the opposite way and want to replace/upgrade my rather worn rear seating area with nice new black leather stuff. Anybody have nice take offs they want to sell? Guns, how's yours?

This is the only picture I have at the moment - I'll call the shop and see if I can get one with the seats up.
Should be tomorrow California time.
RSRFan & Fast, thanks for the pic and site I'll def. check him out this is exactly what I was looking for.

Black930 - That's the best interior pic I have - clean, simple and light weight.
A930Rocket - I remember paying ~$150 for the carpet set 3-4 years ago (AppBiz E-Bay auction) and it was cheaper then their Perlon Felt RS kit, $619 wtf?
Update: Here's my carpet on E-Bay

PDQ,
I pulled my black leather rear seats to be replaced by a custom stereo enclosure. i forget what sort of condition the seats were in but iirc it was pretty good.
hit me up with a PM if you are interested.

Rocket - I installed it myself and it was pretty simple once I figured out where the pieces went; ships without directions. Couple of cans of 3M Spray adhesive, lots of Jack Daniels and TaDa, a new interior...

I remember not to long ago, a few local PCA club racers purchased the same carpet set. Comes like a jigsaw puzzle without any instructions. The end results turned out nicely though...
