Call someone like Sunset Imports and give them the part number in my first message and they will give you information on pricing and availability.
Per a very prompt reply from Jeff at Sunset:

That is a new p/n which is discontinued but I show 2 reman units in Germany at a month away. It's 950-300-020-tx for 8598.72 plus a core of 2600.00, plus about 300.00 shipping from me to you. Questions please ask.

The 50/52 tranny is the LSD one that comes in the 964 turbo.

I did. was told those part numbers are for new parts....all they have available are remanufactured units....not hugely surprising given the part and year.

The G50/50 & the G50/52 has much taller gearing than say a G50/01.

How the gearing of the G50/50 compares to the G50/52 I am not sure.

Turnkey Patrick Motorsports G50 conversion installed by FactoryWerks $10,750. Hope to get $2500-$3000 for my freshly rebuilt 4 spd to offset total cost.

Is there somewhere online that defines what the stock gearing is?

I don't know of an online source. I use the Adrian Streather and Marc Bongers books which have the ratios.
