Thanks heaps guy's, you're all worth your weight in gold. So if I fit the 7200 fit a BS half bay IC and a good set of headers and run around 1.0bar would I be getting close to 400HP?

Default Cool, that's pretty close to my setup.....

Waiting on the Tial WG with a .9 bar spring......got the unkown muffler, K27 7200, and the B6 IC........too bad I have to wait until the salt comes off the roads to try it all out........

Thanks for the pics sand man, and for the help Chet, and Stephen......I will make sure everything is powdercoated before I post anything.......lol.

Dewolf-
done all you mentioned, and my '86 dynos at 375 rwhp/372 tq. lost 25 because I removed the FabSpeed single exhaust because it was too loud (for me) and replaced with a combo of Magnaflow and Borla. I'm sure you'll hit the goal of 400, especially if you fit a straight pipe. got earplugs?

If you ever wanted to see side by side difference of the 3LDZ and the K27-7200, here it is, just before I upgraded my car:

3LDZ left

3LDZ Right

3LDZ Right

Compressor housing on K27-7200 width - 44mm

Compressor housing on 3LDZ width - 38mm

3LDZ on left, note the widths of the respective housings in millimeters of each turbo and showing the larger compressor and turbine housings on the K27-7200

I'm such a nice guy! LOL....always glad my camera is within arm's reach.

I just dyno'd last week at 330 rwhp/ 327 ft/lbs with SC cams, 1 bar, Kokeln, B&B headers, K27-7006 on a dyno-dynamics.

My K27 may be getting a bit tired though with some 80K on it and I've got 18% leakdown in #2
