With my stock engine, I could barely go 45 mins on the track. Made it really difficult during the enduros (finally got a fuel cell this year). So I am typically around the 4mpg range, but I prefer to think of it as slightly better than a gallon a lap at the Glen . When you add it up, that's around 100 gallons for typical 3 day race event.

I'm somewhere between 4-4.5 mpg.
After 30 minutes of driving, it takes me about 8 gallons to fill the tank full again. I generally fill back up after every other session and it takes 3 5 gallon cans to fill it back up, after 2 sessions, and I generally put more than 5 gallons in each can - (approx 5.3 or so in each container).

My GT3 uses one quarter tank for a 20 minute session. Works out to about 90 miles per tank. My GT2 was (to my surprise) about the same. It had a 6700 RPM red line whereas the GT3 is 8200. Perhaps that's why.

Are you talking oil temperature?
If so, as an endurance race car, mine is setup to run 24 hour races.
Dual GT2 oil coolers, GT3RSR oil pump; and big 16 or 18 QT sump tank (cant remember exactly).
My Oil temps at the end of 1.5 hour race are at most 210....

That being said, my old 935 type car used to run much warmer - but I used to run 1.5 bar of boost.
That car ran 250-260.
I run mobil 15 50 and change it every race. Everything was specially coated including bearings in that engine.
On tear downs, the bearings still looked like new; which surprised me with those temps...
Although on that engine, I sued to fuel cool the engine the last 20% of the race to lower temps.
