Find it hard to believe that he knows much about 930s by suggesting cranking one up to 1.4B in order to achieve 600hp.

If lots of modding has been done isn't it OK to run at 1.4bar on race fuel ?

I know it would be better to achieve the bhp by different methods though as it will shorten engine life and reliability.

Doesn't Joe Rodriguez run at some pressure like that at the strip ?

Run Forrest Run!

I saw that and couldn't believe it. 1.4 bar? He must be friends with the "factory slant nose" dealer.....

I run 23 psi on a fairly regular basis but on 116 race gas, but only 15psi on 93 reg. When I track the car I run 15psi and at that it can be humbling. My car has extensive mods.

I agree with A930Rocket... If you look at the engine bay pic, I think you can barely see the CIS fuel head and injector lines, yet his ad copy states the car has "programmable fuel injection.....you name it, it has it". I think this is the type of car where someone else had all the fun with 1.4 bar, and the new buyer gets to actually pay for the fun that was had with the 1.4 bar!!

I would: out of there...

I talked with this guy extensively about another 930 and he was very responsive and quick to send me detailed photos of any area of the car I was concerned about. I bought a different car, but did so because the other car was a better fit for me. Just PPI and see the car in person, as with all purchases...
