Sure thing. I've been hesitant to post pictures because I don't want people copying my work. I've spent a lot of time researching and developing the adjustable WUR. But, to be fair, I understand that people want to see what they're getting for their money.

The first picture shows the top of the adjustable WUR which has the adjustment for the cold control pressure.

The second picture shows the bottom of the unit which has the adjustments for the warm and enrichment control pressures along with the enrichment threshold adjustments.

There are other internal modifications that you cannot see in the pictures. The 15 page manual that comes with the adjustable WUR is also part of the cost, and I hope that it is very helpful in detailing the adjustments and describing how they work.

Thank you,

Brian Leask

Is this an available product or a R&D project?

I understand that Turbokraft is within a couple weeks of releasing their digital WUR.

The adjustable WURs have been available from myself for over 6 months now. I normally rebuild and modify the customer supplied unit, but I do have a couple of extra units on the shelf for people that need them ASAP. You can contact me for more info at bleask@***.net.

I am interested to learn more about the digital WUR myself.

If the "digital WUR" is your thing, Neil Harvey of Performance Developments has had this available for a couple of years, now. I think it was developed for Simon (m42racer). I'm just gonna stick to the basic adjustable WUR that Brian Leask does. I'd rather save for EFI and if I can get my AFR values dialed in with an adjustable WUR...that's fine with me.

What is the difference between the Turbocraft, Performance Developments and the unit offered from Brian? Tunability?

The one offered from Brian requires "manual" adjustments...in other words it's just a basic WUR that has been modfied to allow various fuel pressure adjustmenst (cold, warm, enrichment, etc.).

The one offered from PD is simialr to the Andial unit in that it uses a frequency valve in the WUR chain (from the WUR to the fuel head) to aid in controlling pressures...only the frequency valve is tuned with a PC and also uses RPM and MAP info...more high-tech than Andial. PDs' version also allows data logging.

As for TurboKraft, I think it must be simialr to PD's...not sure though.

I'm planning to gather my current baseline fuel pressures and then order from Brian...

For anyone new starting to do adjustments on Full Throttle pressure using Mityvac, you need both item numbers 04000 AND 04095 to be able to read the pressure. I wasted some time and effort by thinking initially that part number 04000 was sufficient. But then again, I am pretty mechanically impaired.

I recieved my Adjustable WUR from Brian yesterday and am impressed with the workmanship and the instructions he suppiled. After installing it in the car today I'm happy to say that my cold start issues have gone away. Next step will be installing a WBO2 and working on my AFR's

Now that my car is down with the engine rebuild, do I send Brian my WUR (which I bought new last year) for an update to get it out of the way?

Seems like I should to save time and trouble....

You guys just wait until dial in your AFR. Esp. with the RPM solenoid switch. I had 30-40 RWTQ improvement between 2200-4000 and 20 RWTQ everywhere else! Flat 12-12.5 AFR curve.
