Default Gauge Removal on 930

I want to remove my gauges to send them out to have the faces painted White. Before I dig into the task, I wanted some advice from those who have already accomplished this task. What is the process to remove the gauges and what is required and what should I look out as far as hazards.

Thanks

All you do is pull them out. They are held in by a rubber sleeve that is held in via pressure in the dash. Simply pull them out. I suggest taking a digital pic of the wiring for future reference.

Another small tip is to start with the clock and remove it first and then you can use your right hand from the backside to help remove them.

SoFast is alive....WOW! The rumor on here was that you sold your 930 and bought one of these as your new daily "hot" ride:

How many wires are we talking about total for the gauges? And per gauge?

Is it a nightmare to keep em straight?

Anyone have any suggestions for a REALLY stuck tach? I have had all the other gauges out and have all but pulled on a pry bar on the damn tach and it won't even budge!
