Most M505/M506 cars were fitted with boxed rockers...it was a factory modification made to fit the aesthetic of the baby 935.

Standard rockers were fitted to all 930s not optioned with boxed rockers. Take a look at most photos of non-M505 [standard fender] cars...the rockers follow the body and rear fender flare, and have a signature black rubber protective strip.
