I know you ordered the nice one, but is it any stronger than stock at the ends? If not you might want to think about welding some type of bracing/gussets to strengthen the ends and prevent any problems down the road. And using lots of anti-seize as mentioned.

The Rennline website indicates that the OEM beam is made out of "mild steel". This one is made out of stainless and according to them is much stronger. As for anti-seize...those freaking bolts will be taking a bath in the stuff!!! Papa 'aint playin' this shiz again!
