Cool, I paid low condition price for my 79. Now after putting that much again into an engine rebuild and EFI, do think it'll be worth excellent pricing.

I have followed Bruce's market values for a long time and quite frankly, I want to know where I can buy cars for his pricing??? For instance, if you take the high and and low for the 1997 993tt, the average price should be $61,557. I guess all 993tt must be in excellent condition, becuase I haven't seen too many that have been in low 60s. And I would buy all the 993tt "S" I could find for the low price he quotes.

I agree with Jim. I've always wondered where his pricing data comes from. I've been looking for a old 356 for years. His pricing is WAY off the market for speedsters or convertable d's...

For the 964 Turbos, the prices seem about right.

Did he post his usual comment about how some cars far exceed what they consider excellent and therefore bring more than the average excellent condition car. I will agree that the 91 and 92 turbos may be priced about right, I have not seen many 94's sell in the price range he is talking about, nore do you see many 993TTS's sell in that price range either. I have had several people offer me considerably more than what he considers excellent condition formy car and I have seen cars in not great shape sell for what he is stating to be excellent condition pricing. If you go by Kelly Blue Book his pricing is about 45% too high for all models.
