Default On the road again...THANKS for the great service Imagine Auto

Well, thanks to the quick shipping of Imagine Auto, my new K27-7200 arrived in time for me to replace my WELL WORN OEM turdbo this weekend! There was soooo much freaking oil in the compressor housing of the original, it was scary! There was even oil in the air intake pipe. Oil all over the inside of the intercooler, too!!! It's like it just finally let go! However, I will say this: it's a true testimony to the strength of these KKK (Borg Warner) turbos, that with all of this oil flying around the delicate turbine blades, NOTHING was bent and/or broken!!!

As for the new one...IT ROCKS!!! I'm taking it easy for the first couple of hundred miles in case some internals need to seat properly, but from what I can tell, it's superior in every way! I have no regrets in not holding out for an even "better" model...this one will suite my needs just fine.

Yasin you are incorrect.. The K27 have dual sealing rings on the turbine side.. If you do not let a few heat cycles to occur and you hammer it there is a great chance that the rings will rotate.
