Default 911 RS tribute

As the post on the HP points out, this tribute likely wouldn't impress any concours judges, but it's still pretty cool. I even dig the Chartreuse paint. Think the seller will have any problems getting 63k for it?

it is a hot rod as opposed to RS tribute.

It might take time to find the right buyer at 63k.

If this car maintained the 1971 engine, stainless window trim and period RS wheels it would have a better chance of getting the 63k.
The oil lines could use a buff and the door panels look they belong in a 1990's RSA.

Fair enough, "hot rod" seems right.

Not sure why you would exclude this example from the RS tribute moniker? It has fairs ,
corresponding staggers rim widths and a rakishly adjusted suspension attitude .
Sure it has a CIS 3.0 liter but hey that's a fair amount of grunt for a lightened chassis with
fiberglass cues like bumpers, engine lids and hoods.
I have sen this very car on EBay within the last year at least once or more so it seems to be
having some difficulty finding a permanent home but hey it is cute you must say..
My only beef would be the heavy touring seats , some nice FB buckets would set it off nicely

Unique one off builds are not for everyone.

Very limited market for this car.

But, it only takes one buyer with cash to fall in love and buy it.

After two years though you'd think they might lower price a bit.

What is the number you think it might go for?

It has RS duck tail and RS rear flairs.
In a sense, that does indicate somewhat RS.

The owner named it "R" , perhaps as a hotrod 911 as opposed to a 911 RS tribute.

With the right wheels, decals and front bumper this car would look more RS theme.

The black trim looks too much like 1978-1989 however.
