I would also replace bearings, seals, and pads. Maybe the caliper seals, depending on how they look.

Naw... just did it at 180,000 kim. It only has 250,000km
That's only 40k miles of pleasure driving. Inspect and Repack should do it.

If you buy new rotors make sure you prepare them properly. Then you have to heat cycle them.

If they are OEM rotors with a lot of life left it could be worth turning them but those grooves look pretty deep and I think a lot of material will have to be removed for them to be smooth again.
