It is a carrera with 964 body kit and a turbo wing. Engine is 3.2! So if you are okay with it and the mechanicals check out fine after a ppi go for it.
It would be a good candidate for a hot rod build. Otherwise pure poser

Agreed, all the 964 kit parts need to be replaced w/ 3.2, Fuchs for the wheels and the T-Tail replaced w/ a Carrera tail or none at all.
Previous owner had a T-tail on mine, which I sold for $1k and I bought a used Carrera tail w/ deck lid, for about same price. You can obviously also sell those wheels and buy fuchs and sell kit 964 and get 3.2 kit.
I would only go through all this though, if the car is mechanically sound...

What @sargepug said.
Can't beat the price if it is mechanically sound.
The car went through some "poser" iterations. These are not to be construed for "tasteful" upgrades (exhaust / suspension). You may want to get a cost handle replacing it back to stock. It won't be cheap, but at $22K, you should have a big enough delta to current market value to make it work.

If you like it. Buy it and drive it in good health. But as to your question is it original ?
Wheels. Big dollars to put back
Tail
Front bumper cover
Rear bumper cover
That's st first glance.

The look isn't for everyone. In the end it's what you think that matters. $22k isn't a steal but it's not top dollar either. You like it? Go for it. Drive it, drive it some more. It'll be a lot of fun.

Lol... You guys are funny. The exterior of this car looks extremely clean. Albeit, it looks like a 964 with a turbo tail, but "hideous"?? So you are basically saying that 964's are hideous. Clearly, this is not an "original" 3.2, but the price reflects that. The wheels must go and the tail is suspect, but the body looks very clean for a $22,000 car. I own a 964, so I may be a bit biased . lol. It would cost more than twice that to even stand next to a 964, so it's a bargain 911 in my opinion. If it's not a scam sale of course, because even $22 for that car is low.

It all depends on what you want to do with the car. Cosmetics aside, if the car is mechanically sound, then $22k is a bargain.
The car has been modified cosmetically on both the interior and exterior. If you want a stock, original car, then you will spend >$5k making the car original.
If you are looking for a cool driver, then this one may be OK provided the mechanicals are OK

I for one, love the 964! This thought does not look right. Correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't a 964 have different dimensions than an 3.2? Such as lower roof line / more rake to windshield, maybe a little widerm longer, etc? I think wherever the 3.2 differs dimensionally from a 964, is what makes this car look so wrong with the kit on it.

I wonder if it has something to do with the camera angles too. you originally had a turbo tail on yours Sarge and although it did not look quite right it did not look as "off; as this car does.

Great memory Ice! Previous owner had on the T-Tail, so I eventually replaced it. It's probably because of the correct rear 3.2 bumper! Here's and old pic.
