Here are some pics for those who can't watch videos at work.
Panel gaps are looking good. Almost ready for paint.
I am also looking for an engine for this build. I have a 2.7 that needs rebuilding, but something a bit more interesting would be good below 3.4 litres. If anyone has anything squirrelled away for a rainy day let me know.
Jeff.

I have been tinkering away again this week and I have finally built a tube bender that works. Now I will be able to move on with building the roll cage.
Here is the latest video.

So after finally building a tube bender that works, I have been able to complete the bolt in half roll cage for my car. I am far from a gun welder, but overall I am pretty happy with the result.

I'm hooked on this build! It's amazing you had never driven a 911 before considering the work you're doing. I hope you get some sponsorship for your YouTube channel. You're putting out some very entertaining content.

Great video build Jeff.
I originally found you on YouTube and subscribed, but seem to have missed the last two videos, found then now and looking forward to the next instalment.

Actually old Porsches seem much easier than the turbo Japanese cars I used to work on when I was younger. Everything on the Porsche is so basic. It's great

Alright getting closer to putting paint on the car. But first I need somewhere to paint it. So this week I have been building myself a spray booth.

I didn't even think about the inflammability of the fumes when I was building this. I will now be enclosing the fluoros with clear plastic placed diagonally across the corners of the booth. hopefully that will keep it from exploding on me .

YEEESSS!!! I finally have paint on the car. I have spent the week going over everything with a fine tooth comb, to make sure it was all sorted before I painted, and I still ended up finding things I missed once the paint was on . But it feels like some progress has been made.
