upallnight,

I LOVE IT! Haven't been able to get my headlight washers to work for the last 3 years. After reading your post, went out to my car, turned on the lights, and 'voila'! Then took out my owner's manual, and sure enough - there were the directions. Thanks to you (and the manual) I also figured out how the light in the engine bay works. "When all else fails - read the directions! " *G*

Oh no, I've been dreading having to fix mine for ages. Just went out into the car park and tried them with the lights on.....perfect. Doh!!

Yeah... well my headlight washers work... kind of... I can hear the electric pump working, but nothing comes out of the nozzles (the water tank is full). Ditto for the windshield washers.

I'm assuming that there's a blockage somewhere in the system. Before I start taking everything apart, where's the first place to troubleshoot?

That what this board is for, to pass along info on our favorite cars.

It seems like everyone's headlight washer is working except for the person that place the original post. Jerry is your headlight washer working?

Don't feel too bad. There's been a bunch of people that have been "caught" by this.
