SPD, then you remove the large nut and lift the wheel off the steering column. Very straight forward process.

Angry still problems

I understand that part. but I can't get the metal part of the horn button off of the wheel to get it out of my way to get to that nut. Do I just pry it off, or is there some other trick?

If it is a 4 spoke wheel, I think you have to rotate the horn button counter clockwise while pushing down slightly on the horn. I believe it is one where there are blades that rotate under a fixed mount.

air impact works best on that center nut -- or else be careful for your windshield.

Thanks very much, I decided to jimmy rig a socket wrench and use a metal broom handle to get the torque that I needed. Beside a few wiring problems (it kept honking), it was fairly easy.

Thanks all for the help
