Sure!!!
Just kidding of course...
But the photo you posted looks more like an 'RS' than an 'RSR'
My 1974 RSR 3.0 tribute...
and RS in the works....

Build one... lot's of ratty SC/Carrara coupes out there that are not worth restoring to factory spec.
Replace the front and rear bumpers, gut the rotted, disgusting interior and do an RS look... if you're up to some simple strip and prep work, you can get the car ready for a local body shop to shoot paint for a couple of $K.
This is all stuff you can do yourself... do it over a couple of years, and spend maybe $2-3K/yr as you can afford... not really that hard, and you are saving a feral car that just might end up at the dismantler's yard.

Biggest problem I had was fitting the turn signals... it's a bit of a fiddle, but IMHO, the replacements give a cleaner look than the factory crash-bumpers.
Check the web-site, but F&R are probably less than $1K.

In the RS, both front and rear bumpers had to be cut in the middle to make them fit properly...
In the RSR!!??? Forget it... the amount of work that went into making those fit correctly, the arch on the wheel well, the additional construction/build needed to match the front bumper to the inside on the trunk, making the mounts
No such thing as a bolt on solution... my signature has links to my projects if you dare to take a look

Even my ductail from GT Racing had to be reshaped both front and back to match the profile of the shorthood car. Add in that the forward edge has to clear the ragtop when open and the trailing edge had to be sanded, re-glassed, and be sprayed with multiple layers of high build primer just to match the profile of the center reflector. Insane even when starting a with 'perfect' $500 part.

My suggestion will not make an RSR, this requires front and rear flairs, and plenty of time and $$$$.
The white car shown looks like a stock SC/Carrara with F&R bumpers... not an "RSR" but just a nice hot-rod.
I put AIR bumpers on my stock body SC racer and they fit just fine.
As pointed out in other posts, once you start putting flairs on a car, you've just upped the game big-time.
For those of us who are more financially challenged, hot-roding a scruffy SC/Carrara will yield a fun and relatively affordable car.
