Default paintwork in dallas tx

I am going to have a full respray done of my 88 911 targa. I was thinking of using Stuarts. Anyone have other recommendations for top shops in the dallas fort worth area?

Jason Richardson down in Granbury - A-1 Paint & Body. He does a TON of Cup Cars and other racecars from Motorsport Ranch. If you can stand the drive, Jason does a GREAT job!!! 817-579-0211.

Eff Stuarts, I'm sorry to say.

I highly recommend Jack's Auto Body in Carrolton-he did an awesome job on old Ruby.

Always plenty of exotic metal at New Concept Autoworks in Plano, Thomas Liu is the owner. Not as big as Stuarts but enjoys a good reputation from indie shops in Dallas.

Sorry to hear that Ed, have to say Stuarts did a spectacular job when some moron in a E350 backed into the front of my Carrera. I was really worried about them matching the Guards Red paint on my '88. It was perfect and they even repaired a bunch of tiny rock chips for a very small additional fee. Keep in mind this was a few years ago so I suppose they may have changed. I also had some very nice work done at Details Limited in Addison but that was a LONG time ago. It was a mint condition '88 BMW 535i but they did a perfect job.

You might want to call Ed Mayo at Mayo Performance in Euless and ask who does his paint work. Ed does a number of six figure early Porsche restorations. He's also been in Euless forever and probably could give you a good recommendation. He has an open garage the third Sat from 9-12 come on by. Zim's (Al) is another good source.

They were just a little full of themselves when I went in. I understand their reputation, but I also wasn't looking for at the time, a $12K concours paintjob.

At the end of the day, I searched around some hotrod sites, and such to find the recco for Jack's. He also did other work for me, like a new rear end on my Infiniti when I got smacked from behind. But, that was then, this is now so my input is a bit dated.
