I tried Harvey. He didn't return my calls. He's probably got all he can handle.Originally Posted by Turn3 Autosport

Maybe "they" are the ones who have him all booked up, LOL.

I believe some of the special edition cars came with Fuchs done to match the body colour, so if Porsche can do it, why not?Originally Posted by NYNick
Is it heresy to change the color of your Fuchs? From black to Red, let's say?

Since my engine project has been progressing slowly, the wheels sat in the corner of the dining room all summer. Now that the engine is in the final stages (will be coming off the stand tomorrow) I figured I had better get the wheels & tires introduced to one another. I have been reluctant to hand these over to just any tire jockey, so I had the fine folks at Braidan Tire in Markham, ON mount the tires for me. They sourced the nice stubby steel valve stems for me as well.

My tire guy looked at me cross-eyed when I told him I wanted the yellow dots to line up exactly with the valve stems. His head about exploded when I presented him with the valve stem supports. I wanted them on after he aired them up but before he balanced them. We aren't ****....Noooooooooooooo.
