Euro H4s is the only way I'd own a 911. Looks way better in my opinion.

Default Euro H4 Upgrade

My mechanic suggested I get the Euro H4 headlight upgrade. It said it will finish off the great look of my car. Of course this is a matter of opinion, so I wonder what is the consenus here and who has some before and after pics. I've seen some pics and on the fence about the style. I'm not sure I care for the exposed portion of the top of the lens, but I understand that they cast light a lot better than the American H4.

H4's are a must have. Got mine from Steve Weiner with relays and 85/100w bulbs.

I equate the Euro H4 to a circumcision of the American H4, looks much more asthetically pleasing and favored by the ladies!
I am having them installed as we speak!

Or H1s........... (Thanks Ed, for having a set on Ruby to use on the '73.)

Would you guys believe we used to buy these things by the (almost) truckload for $70-80 ea.? EVERY customer wanted them. Problem was, by the time you added a little bit of profit, had to buy the trim rings + screws, GET THE RINGS PAINTED PROPERLY, and some labor to install/align the lights..........it kind of added up.

Then you've not experienced H1's. I'll take the H1 over H4 any day-top of the food chain in "old school lighting". Priced accordingly, and pretty hard to find these days.

Hmm...yeah the Euro H4s are a cosmetic upgrade if you already have the motorcycle H4s, which fit nicely in the sugar scoops. If you have the old sealed beam lights, then any H4 is a lighting upgrade.

I have the American H4 as can be seen in my sig pic, so it's an upgrade across the board!
