I would do no badge at all. Spacers for sure as the front wheels look wrong, other than that everything else looks fine.

I would take the Turbo badge off and leave the deck clean. My 88 Carrera was delivered with the badge (script) deleted. The deck lid looks very good without any script on it. whatever decision you make will be the right one.

I think I'll try that to start with and see if it grows on me. Thanks!

I like the spacer suggestion to improve the look, but shouldn't I then be concerned about uneven / off-set wheel bearing load?

Default What's the story with the Euro style license plate in the front...

and a photo shopped deleted state plate in the rear? Does your state allow a differing plate on the front?

Very pretty! Congratulations. I found my 83 SC a month and a half ago, they are special rides indeed.

debadging would be the way to go .. as others have suggested .. and would leave you with a lot less explaining to do . people would just assume there is a 3.6 in it and leave you alone.

i don't think there is an issue with the wheel bearing load with the spacers however someone else more knowledgeable will chime in i'm sure

Spacers will add loads to bearings. Maybe if they are marginal, it will finish them off. But, many people run them.

Thanks theiceman. How long have you been in Cambridge? I'm a transplanted Canuck. I moved from Burlington 5 years ago.
