those Recaro's are on the 'slim fit' size but work for me....made for folks 30 years ago weight/size wise.

honestly, it's all dyed anyway and going to black or a darker color (blu) is the easiest. The appropriate dye is colorfast. I'll purchase any light color interior piece that is Vinyl or cloth and recolor it in black.....you'd think my SC's sun visors were stock black but were originally maroon....there is no dif.

Yes, I've used the "Rustoleum Fabric and Vinyl dye" with great results.....just look for the color you need. It should set 24 hours but dries fast and evenly. It is just a rattle can but works.

This deal is getting better and better. I've got his number on speed dial, have his book right here, and could produce a Sharpie in short order.

Guys, I gotta say, rusnak, Peter Zimmermann, and Steve Weiner have helped me in ways I don't have the words to express. Truly great people with huge hearts. My ownership journey has been enhanced at every turn. I started with a poorly maintained green toad and have, with huge help from the guys here and almost no budget (no, seriously, no budget), wrenched that toad into one fantastic sports car.

Doug, you've helped many people in ways they can't even hope to repay. I say keep doin what you're doin. It's a pleasure and part of the reward of being in such great company. If you do decide that you want the seats, then it's my huge satisfaction to give em to you.
