Plastic Fuel Tank-1973 911S
i am looking for a new/used in good condition fuel tank for my 1973 911S.
It has one of the 85Litre plastic tanks as fitted in the 1973 911 RS.
Any ideas where one could buy one?
thanks

If I remember right, you can't use the full size spare tire anymore. Not a big deal but depending on the condition and your objective for your 73S, it may be prudent to at least keep the original parts.
Post some pictures of your car if you will. We LOVE pictures and early cars tend to give all these SC/Carrera owners something fun to think about.

it does not have a full size spare tire, its a space saver type. So the 85L tank is original with the car.
I will see how to post the pictures and get some on !

apologies for the delay, here are some pics
the damage is around the pipe fittings, where an effort was made to repair but it is leaking!
