What a great story and what a beautiful car. It's funny, what Scott said is probably true. Brown Porsches aren't for everyone and the pool of potential buyers is small. That you happen to be among the distinguished few with the good taste and cojones to own one AND happened to be standing where you were is a Stuttgart miracle.
I've been trying to pry the owners hands off of his 75 911(brown) here locally. It needs work, but is a very straight car...not running at this point. He just continues to let it sit and waste away...sad. I'm inspired.
