I was also in Savannah on Monday and watched the unveiling. The car is just gorgeous!!

I too purchased a raffle ticket and hope to win it this weekend... Not exactly sure yet how I'd pay the taxes though. I believe there was another thread on this somewhere, but I wonder what the Feds are going to value the car for tax purposes?

Beautiful car and great video! Someone's gonna be pretty happy with that...

On a completely non-related note, it must be nice to work in a shop this nice, and with all that natural light. Nice window office (screen shot from that video).

I saw the car in person on Monday and it's indeed spectacular. I'm glad I entered the raffle.

I'm still at a loss as to why they went to all that effort on the most troublesome-to-keep-running-correctly of the longhoods--a low compression MFI T. Richard at PMO came into existence because of these things. Talk about learning German profanity from the guys who schooled me on these things 30+ years ago! When they were still relatively new.

And that was with gas as it existed ~40 years ago. Now, some 2.2S pistons, a set of Webers, a simple plunge port on the intakes to even 32mm, and maybe some E or Solex cams........you've got something.
