23K market value
18K would be a deal
If the AC works that is a big plus on this car, also depends what part of the country you are in. In the southeast prices are considerably cheaper.

It appears to be a Euro.
When was it brought into the country?
How was it Federalized?
Is the Federalization documentation available?
Is the mileage verifiable?

These are things that affect value significantly.

Headlight hi/lo switch? Relay added? Alternator/Voltage reg. age. Both are fairly common faults in G-50 cars.

The current owner has had the car for about 2 years and 6k miles...

3-4 owners... appears the car was brought in the US in 1991 at 43k miles....carfax at auction...

in 2002 it still only had 56k miles

If he is a dealer you would have to consider sales tax too, as opposed to buying from a private seller.

Also the car is not a euro "according to the present owner, he also thought it was a euro when he bought it"...... but he said the car does have side marker lights, narrow bumperettes, and transmission cooler found on the RoW cars. The vin starts with WPA0 and not WPZZ which would be a euro...
