I am told it is called dunkelblau which means simply "dark blue." It has always been my favorite color in any car.

Pulled the trigger. Thus the avatar. Brought a cashier's check to PO and picked up the title. Now I just have to pay NYS sales tax, get it insured, spend a couple of hours at the DMV getting it registerd, take a train back to Connecticut to pick it up, get it inspected...

BTW, I never thought I would be an emoticon guy. But I also thought I would never own a Porsche!

A single malt scotch, a fine Cuban cigar, and a Classic air-cooled 911!! I can hardily recommend the first two as you await your highly anticipated adventure to begin with your new purchase.
