I assume it will prob. need other general maintenance.

I like the color combo!

Good luck with everything!
Not sure about the front hood, but I'll check. I agree about the 'stance', but the car appears to be sitting on uneven ground. Right rear wheel is off the pavement.

I think it looks pretty clean - as for the spark plug wires... I would put too much worry into the rubber covers. the wires still could be fine....

the back looks wicked wrong but maybe he is parked 1/2 on the grass? and the hood could just be an angle of the pic...I bet its ok when shut...open and off center a tiny bit can look huge...

The carpet seems to have some spots near the drivers side enterance and floor. I wouldnt worry a great deal about it... pics of the underside and the rear torsion bar tube would be good. Also trunk open shots.... the price is reasonable and it's a coupe

You'd be surprised what people may give to you, ie number of the PO.
I've had this a few times and the previous owner was mroe than happy to be honest, and tell about his former car. Give it a shot -

Yep - I did purchase this car and have been talking to the previous owner (pcar mechanic). I now have a great deal of knowledge about previous work done.

Congrats neighbor! Did you drive it back?

I got my 88 here locally and glad I bought a southern car.

Hey Greg -

I did drive it back on Sunday - happy to have it in the garage! I just changed the oil today, fixed a brake light issue (new brake light switch at master cylinder) and have ordered various bits from Pelican to 'make it mine'! (new wiper blades, floor mats, air filter, etc...)

I was looking at cars all over the states and this one popped up 2 hours away. Great price and great condition.

Where are you in Atlanta?

A decent pic:

Wow, wow, wow. That is a "Porsche color" if there ever was one.
