Here in the DC area, the weather's still touchy, but we had a nice P-car turnout at the weekly C & C in Northern VA.

The Porsches, Lotuses (Loti?) and Vipers dominated today's gathering. Thought I'd share a few shots. That blue car with the Cookie Cutters is a 1975 S. The owner's had it for 28 years. The white Targa is a 1996 w/pristine gray interior.

I hope this does not sound bad, but how do you keep it to a group of predominately sports cars and exotics? I think if something like that happened here there would be a lot of low riders and import tuner cars that would show up...to each their own...but it kind of changes the dynamic of the event.

Oh that's easy. (1) hold the event on Saturday, (2) at 8:00 am.

Nice pictures! I like stories about guys who have their cars for 20+ years. I can sort of relate, and there is a story in there somewhere that you want to wait around to hear.

Once April rolls around, the place fills up early. it only got rolling last year, and I'm wondering if it won't have to move to a bigger venue.

Here are some of my favorite shots from last May.

papasmurf, Great Falls is mostly Euro stuff w/Vipers, Vettes, and Shelby Cobras mixed in. The import tuner crowd has its own scene...in a galaxy far, far away.

It's raining here today and the Porsche isn't going anywhere. I'm going through withdrawl. Enjoy!
