I've recently purchased a 1981 911SC and need to find a period correct radio/stereo for collector status. Could someone tell what came in the 81's?
I can't find an options list for my car.
Thanks.

i just bought a 1981 eurospec 911sc.
the FM/AM cassette playeris a blaupunkt phoenix SQR 29. the entire unit has a handle and can be removed from the car.
i understand there are 2 models, one made in japan and one made in malaysia. i assume mine is the malaysia model cause the owner's manual was printed in malaysia.
edit....oops...i just looked at the printed material that comes with the radio, and some of it has a publication date in the late 80s, so it looks like mine is not original.

I think I might have the radio out of the race car somewhere. It must be in a box of stuff I haven't needed that came with the car.
