I'm looking an 83 911 SC with a turbo body (not factory) with 81K miles. Slate Blue/blue leather. Overall the condition is very well, but does need some TLC. It does have a go service history but I'm sure it going to need a top re-build due to the fact it smokes a little on start up.
With all that in mind what would be a rough estimate on pricing? Thanks

Non factory flares, and a suspected top end seem like a couple of good reasons to me. The fact that someone stuck flares on makes it a bastard, and reduces value. If you have the top end done, that can get to as high as $5K. Why pay any more than bargain basement for such a so-so car?

Well to tell you the truth I'm really after the wide body look. Here is my old 930 that I sold, what a mistake that was. I took if from stock to the way it looked before I sold her myself. The only thing I never did was drop the engine but did all the mechanical work from full exhaust to tune ups.

And this is how she looked when I bought it.
