I was going to post my freak bird crap incident from yesterday, but I'm too nervous to now.
A bird crapped in my car without getting ANY on the outside.
God knows how, seeing as my car is a sunroof delete coupe.
Right in the drivers window and blam, all over the armrest and seat.

BTW, what colour is your car?
Venetian Blue perhaps?
Looks cool with the blue leather wheel & dash.
All my dark leather is black, so is my shift ****.

Were you in the car? That happened to me back in college. I was eating a hamburger with the window down, and a bird sent a smart-poo right through my open window.

I love the linen/marine blue interior. I was this close to buying a 968 cab in maritime blue with the linen/blue interior.

This is a great thread in the series... I loved WB's post and will try to get a pic or 2 when the rain stops (sometime in late September)

yea--these current gauges are just not the same as the classic 5-hole dashes!

Edgy, I wouldn't mind staring at that. It's actually damn good looking. Nice pic too!

Indeed, a great cluster. The tach does need some tweaking however. I really should pull it and get the dial recalibrated to get RL at the top without turning it:

Ed..are you back. I like the way how you rotated your tach. Dan your 997.2 dash looks great, love your interior leather color. Here is my personal favorite. The wooden steering wheel, chrome surounds on the gauges...purely iconic.

Yup, GPS tracking, laser guided, straight through the 2" gap between my drip rail and the top edge of the inside of the door.

The colour combo of your interior is the perfect match to that great shade of blue paint.
