Man oh man...My illness was the most traumatic experience of my life..... so far.
I thought I had Vertigo and then it turned out to be both Vertigo and Anxiety. I'm usually a happy guy so don't get the second thing.... My doc says too much stress, caffeine, lack of sleep and water.... Anyways, I'm back driving and looking at my mistress in the garage wondering when we're gonna dance but it snowed here the last couple of days which is very unusual even for us up here. Now that I am feeling better and want to have some fun, I'll catch up on some posts and then pull the battery to check for rust. Yippeee...

If you want to reduce your anxiety, leave the battery covered. LOL.
All kidding aside, please take a little time to relax. I know, in my life, I over-react to lifes little challenges, but I do know that there are millions of people who would love to have my life. At the end of the day I have many blessings to count.
Good luck and show us some pictures of the "mistress".

Vertigo can often come from having fluid of two different densities in the inner ear. When they get sloshed around, there are waves, like a storm at sea, and this messes with your balance.
Drink lots of water, and do some neck stretches to move your head around and mix things up. Don't be in a great hurry to get in a ride. Feel better, and ride when your head and the roads are clear.

Thanks guys, the vertigo is now gone after polishing off many gallons of water in the last few days and feel much better. Anxiety is the real A$$kicker though, now I'm learning not to sweat the small stuff. I Don't take Dexatrim (173 lb well hydrated machine)..lol.. and not sure what vitamin X is...hmmmmm.
I did however just get back from a ride with my neighbor. It's been really crappy here for weather but this evening was very nice and in the 30 minutes we were I out we saw a 996, a Lambo, Viper, Lotus, and a few ragtops getting a taste of freedom. Nobody wanted to race, especially me!! I just might take her to work tomorrow , weather permitting.
