How's that 915 tranny treating you? I may go the WEVO route myself someday but I tell you - I really like the old-school feel of that box.

I actually considered a 996 before I got my car and you were always a source of inspiration...you proved they could go the distance!

The Wevo coupler is on order as is the ball socket for the shifter. Tonight we took the car out for Sushi and my son asked if I fixed the shifter... I said, "no, I have just become more use to it" Funny he noticed, he is 10 !

Its a much slower hand than the 996, that said I have the clutch pegged! I never did get really great at starting on hills in traffic with the 996, this one is no problem

116k on the old car, I am planning to help the new owner do a few things to extend its life as one day (if he sells it) I might get it back !!

They are very sold with a classy look but it's still an old car. Meaning there is usualy something that needs a little tinkering.

My '85 has the same interior LY, described on the delivery receipt as Grey/Green Partial Leather (not an up charge option).
