Gemballa 911 - too much?
Hello everyone - I'm new here! 
Found this the other day. Loved these in the Eighties and tempted for novelty value and rarity but all that plastic must slow it down! Cool interior though.

I used to service Robert Van Winkles (aka: Vanilla ICE'S) Gembella back in the day. He paid 495k out of a Chicago based importer and had around 6k miles on her the last time I drove it. It had the RUF BTR engine and that thing was the loudest Porsche I had ever driven...in fact the loudest car I ever drove.

appeals only to very limited people (i would run away from it)....but definitely attention getting!!
this one is located in tokyo -not sure if still on the market . only decent view of the car is from the front.
at least the car you are looking at has a tasteful interior....this one is ultimate tomato red

928 door panels... I've seen it all now. Gemballa did some understated stuff that wasn't that bad, these cars are awful.
If had to have something from the garish eighties, it would have to be a factory slope nose.

MY EYES, MY EYES!! I can't believe people think these over statements are cool or stylish. Some may have decent engines and the seats are great, but the rest is fiberglass crap. If you want. "EWWW, look at me!" Go for it.
