So, I am trying to figure out what is or isn't missing as far as door and door jamb stickers for my 88 911.
So, if you have an 87-89 and don't mind posting or sending pictures of what the two doors and two door jamb stickers look like, I can figure out what I am missing and try to figure out how to source missing stickers.
I have found pictures of engine bays and I have all of the right stickers but on my doors and door jambs I'm just not sure.
Thanks and hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

You can source these directly from Porsche. You need to provide proof of ownership...so both title and registration documents and they will charge you something like $100.00. I did this about 15 years ago and these were the documents they required. It was then shipped directly from Porsche AG by way of airmail in a cardboard backed package. It took a few weeks if I can remember correctly. Hope that helps.

the PET lists all of the stickers. If you go through the website (www.porscheusa.com), then be sure that you select the correct year range, and USA-Canada, not ROW.
There is also a ton of other interesting stuff, such as an explanation of the VIN, transmission codes, optional equipment (did you know that you can buy a rollbar from Porsche for the 911?), and on and on. There is a neat heater and child seat as well as a roof luggage carrier.

Thanks for the info guys...here is what I have on my driver side door jamb...looks like I have the VIN/build sticker (not shown) but the catalyst sticker is covering up another sticker...any idea what may be covered up? I thought I read somewhere that there was a paint code sticker.
The PET shows a sticker #6 in the vicinity of the catalyst sticker but it is not listed in the explanation table...sticker #6 is skipped...

That is the stupid US sticker that is covering the original german sticker telling you that you have a Catalyst , you can see it in tone40s pic. The good news is , is that it has been perfectly preserved.

ok...thanks...going to try to source the catalyst sticker to make it look right...
Looked at my engine compartment. Think I am only missing the "Shell Oil" sticker on the heater duct.

If you can carefully peel off the sticker on top you will have the original underneath , I am looking for a similar sticker for my air filter cover .. I can get them at Hershey but they are stupid money for stickers.

re-position it, but it is mis-aligned. The sticker says "Vehicle Emissions Control information This vehicle conforms to USEPA Regulations CATALYST".
