its the undiluted, raw, immediate nature of everything about her...and the eyes(headlights)... the hips... the ears (mirrors) and the... well EVERYthing! Heck, I start thinking of her when i see 9:11 on a digital clock and smile!

If it weren't for Peugeot, you'd be smiling at 9:01!

Addictive

From Wikipedia:
"The term "addiction" is used in many contexts to describe an obsession, compulsion, or excessive psychological dependence"

911 addiction for me!

Where to begin....
The storied heritage, countless memories, staring down the fenders at the road, the timeless shape, bulletproof mechanicals, the sound, the smell.....

I love that my 911 turbo does 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and though I'm a tad abusive, she has never required a trip to the repair shop for anything mechanical, except a new clutch 3 years ago (my fault). Try that in the Italian trash.

I have to say "everything" too. It's loud as hell but sounds great. It handles unbelievable well. It's light and fast, but, I really like the way it looks.

I am an old US Army Aeroscout pilot. For those of you who understand what that means the 911 is like strapping on the OH6 or OH58. I miss flying like that, the 911 puts me back in the saddle again. It takes me back to my NOE days and makes me young again, (SCOUTS OUT)

Yes, the first time I drove my '78 Targa any distance, Seattle to Portland, I came to realize it required constant attention just as our T210 with autopilot off. Damn tired at the end of the trip. Didn't take long before I discovered how to have the front end alignment done in a way the car "tracked" a bit more naturally, easily.
